Installing a 03-06 split bench seat

I am trying to figure out how to install this seat in my truck. I previously had some 99 buckets in there without the center jump seat, but wanted to get leather covers and add the center seat. So I picked up a seat from a 06. Its been a while since I took the old seats out, I know that the front was mounted right on the hump in the original hole, I just dont remember if there was a spacer used in the back to make the frame level or if it was leaning back. Also have a hard time figuring out how I should mount the center seat, I know some people are running these seats, but I could not find a good detailed installation thread. Hopefully someone who has done this can chime in. Thanks
