To paint or not to paint.
Hey guys and gals, I am in the process of restoring a 72 blazer 2wd and cannot decide weather or not to paint the steering column body colour, or just leave it black. Any suggestions are welcomed. The body will be painted the 67 light green. It will be 2 toned with a off white as the second colour.

My column is light green and I'm going to repaint it black.

Re: To paint or not to paint.
I've gone both ways (tilt columns) but matched color of the OEM steering wheel in both cases. All tilt columns left GM black and came with a black wheel, non-tilts and the respective wheels were colored to match the interior. Nice Blazer!
