Re: T5 Camaro Tailshaft Swap

You will most likely need to change the speedometer drive gear location on the tailshaft. The gears usually have a clip holding them in place with a hole in the tailshaft as well. You can not drill a new hole and the shaft diameter is smaller where the gear needs to be positioned. Best bet is to shim the gear and use some J-B Weld to hold it all in place.
