Dropping front of stock stance.
I posed this on a thread a week or two ago but cannot for the life of me remember which thread. Also it probably only was seen by people who had tagged that thread so I'll ask again here.
Picture here is of Blazer as it stands today. it will have hood at the front, but with doors and Tailagte w'glass, rear seats and hard top and spare wheel it will clearly have a classic stance with the rear sitting lower than the front. The suspension is stock as it stands today. Question : Is the ANY way to lower the front SLIGHTLY (maybe 1/2'" or 1") without too much monkeying around with new springs etc etc? I do not want to raise the rear by an inch but I also don't like that rear heavy look. |

Re: Dropping front of stock stance.
Raising the rear with zero rate's would be my choice. Easier to deal with and you don't mess with the front end suspension or alignment.
Keep in mind that the rear wheel well lip is lower than the front, so that makes your eye thing the front end is higher than the rear. If you have only two leafs up front, you don't have much else you can do. You can't take a leaf out.....

Re: Dropping front of stock stance.
They are 1" spacers that bolt to the spring pack....so not really considered lift blocks because they are viewed as an extra spring without the extra stiffness.
