Question Where could i?

does anyone know if i could pull a TH400 Tranny out of a chevy van and use it for my 350 on my truck???

It won't be a direct bolt in, but yeah, it'll fit.
You'll need to get the yolk off the van, and try to grab teh electric kick down switch...it'll be on the gas pedal. You'll also want the converter too.
You'll need to have your cross member moved back to the rear holes in the cross member area of the frame. The drive shaft will more likely than not need shortened and reballances...figure 100 bucks for that at a drive shaft shop, it'll probably be less, but figure 100 in the budget and smile when you get 25 bucks back,
The tranny will bolt right in once the shaft and cross memvber are taken care of. You may need to have your exhaust redone up front to acomidate the cross member to be moved.
