2wd gmc into 4wd
I had a half ton 4x4 frame I bought 10 or so years ago with the intentions of slowly building up a truck, never got around to it and everytime my son would see it over in my moms garage where I had it stored he would comment we should do something with that thing.Well I found a 2WD that had been in a flood and the owner gave up on it so we started 6 months ago and put together what turned out to be a pretty awesome truck if i do say so myself.I ended up giving it to my son on his 21st b-day with 3 stipulations 1.dont beat the **** out of it.2.I can drive it whenever your not.3.It gets painted eventually. Now back to my own project....68 SWB 4x4 with a 4.8 LS.Here are some pics

Kool truck, it reminds me of my dad's 71 GMC 4x4 he had repainted it from the two-tone green and white to red with black on the bottom...sure would like to know where that truck is at today...

Nice! Nice pair of trucks for that matter. What up with that glove box? guessing you made it using an original for a pattern?? Kind of a cool idea.
