Inner fender black or body color

I was thinking today if I should paint the inner fenders and core support body color or make them satin black.. Looking for pics of different ideas

Re: Inner fender black or body color

You can look at my build. I went satin black on core and inner fenders.

Re: Inner fender black or body color

I like the satin black look because it offers contrast to all the body color.

Re: Inner fender black or body color

With body colour you will notice the spot welds, folds and creases a lot more than the satin black. Body color will prob take more detail and metal work to satisfy the eye, the actual body color will make a difference too

I wish mine were black. It would be much easier to hide hoses and stuff.

Re: Inner fender black or body color

Hard to beat satin black.

But I did mine the same color as almost all the engine bay and the interior's metal parts.

The core support and battery tray and mic odds and ends are satin.

The bay color is one-stage Black Cherry that I was going to use to paint the truck's exterior,
but ended up going another way.

In other words, I had the paint when I needed to paint during the build.

So, it went that color.

Re: Inner fender black or body color

My vote stay black. It is timeless and quite a bit more forgiving to the eye with all the wiring and stuff.
