Will 80's 6 hole Rally Wheels fit a

I have the set in the picture of 6 hole 15 x 8 rally wheels for sale , and I'm not trying to sell them in this post. I have a man that wants to buy them and put them on a 1997 K10. He knows 97's came with 16's with the 6 bolt pattern but figures they will look great on his truck and lower it a bit. Has anyone done this swap or do you know if there will any clearance issues with the disc brakes.

I put some on my 96 1500. Bolted on no modifications. They stuck out way too far. And in rust belt will throw a lot of salt on to the fenders. Not exactly a peaceful easy feeling.
