1970 Chevy C-10 Stepside Long Wheel Base
Trying to get my Dad's old 1970 Chevy C-10 PU back to good condition. It has some rust mainly under. Fender wells and bottom of doors. Should I take care of the small areas of rust and repaint it?[ATTACH]Attachment 1536919[/ATTACH]

If the paint is original, depending on how bad it is you could put some rust killer on the spots and use some touch up paint to kinda hide them.
Didn't I see that truck on Craigslist a while back? Glad you decided to keep it.

Those areas can be repaired and painted to match close enough to barely notice. I would go ahead and take care of it (As I picture mine needing the same thing...hopefully this summer)

Yes it is on CL. Was having an issue with the fuel system but got it taken care of and it is running again. May still try and find the right buyer. But it was my Dad's truck so it will be hard to let it go. Its just that it cost so much to get the truck back up to speed. Not able to do the work on it myself due to health. But will have to see. I love that truck! I learned how to drive on this truck! Great Memories!
