Lower Fender Mount (door pillar)
How do these parts work together? I purchased the bolt on part from Classic Parts, and can't figure out how it bolts on. Any photos are appreciated.

It's a reinforcement piece that sandwiches the lower pillar patch you've got and the side of the front floor pan. The order is pillar patch, floor pan then reinforcement. The reinforcement piece spot welds to the the lower pillar patch with three spots all in the area around where the bolt head goes. It bolts thru the side of the floor and into the pillar kinda like this:
