disc brake conversion

Did a disc brake conversion on my 68 gmc 3/4 ton 2wd from a 84 3/4 ton crossmember, booster master and all, problem is that bleed the system and there is no air and the wheels will not move when pedal is pressed but pedal goes all the way to the floor, and ideas what this could be?

Re: disc brake conversion

As I understand it, the brakes work, but the pedal is on the floor.

First guess would be, did you use the old actuator rod from the pedal to the booster?
