This weeks body shop progress
To prevent the other thread from getting to long I am starting a new thread for this weeks progress. Here is a link to last weeks thread http://64.246.42.114/vboard/showthre...threadid=93181
Okay, have to jump back to Friday though to show a cab corner being replaced. Turned out there was a bunch of rust on some old bondo so out it went. And in with the new one. Also body guy got the bullet hole in the roof repaired. Here is a before and after though you really can't see it in the after pic, blends in too well.

I can honetly say it wasn't me! First time I even knew it was there was when I went out to the truck one rainy afternoon and saw some papers on the seat were wet. Looked up and saw a drip formed on the roof. Just glad it wasn't a shotgun blast!

Blue Beard, the body guy is using a Mig welder, but that is all I know about it.

Progress has been a bit slow this week, but me being a patient guy, that is not a big problem.
With any luck the interior will be in color today. Here are some pics the body guy just sent to me of the cab being primed. There was a hole in the side of the dash for some sort of a switch - it is now gone. Everyone keep their fingers crossed so maybe the interior will get painted today!
