Re: 1967 C-10 Build
Awesome build !! I have a 67 GMC that I am working on with my wife and kids. I have always used Bell Tech products on my other 80's models but I have noticed that nobody seems to be using them. Is there a reason I need to know about ?

Sweet build! Truck looks great. What are you doing for rear wheel tubz? Check out my ChubTubz,

Re: 1967 C-10 Build
Justin I've been looking at ordering one of y'alls radiators. May be giving you a call next week and seeing about ordering one. Do y'all usually carry these radiators in stock?

Re: 1967 C-10 Build
Anthony I am unsure what paint code is on the truck it was done before I got the truck done. Unfortunately who ever painted the truck did a terrible job. The roof has cat prints in the paint and was cleared over and the bed sides have more clear than the rest of the truck.

Re: 1967 C-10 Build
Thanks, my Harley and Corvette are House of Colors Brandywine w/ gold base but I want to stay away from candy paint. The burgundy on the new Corvettes and Camaros are tri-coat, so I'm trying to find a base coat clear coat color.

Re: 1967 C-10 Build
Here's some updated pictures. Ive got all my valves wired, compressors, battery mounted, tanks and airline ran, brake lines, fuel lines have been ran. I used all made4you clamps to hold my airlines, brake lines, and electrical wiring. I decided to run everything through the frame and the notch I hope it doesn't come back to bite me in the long run. My rear end has come back from powder coating and all new seals were installed and put back under the truck.I should be getting my motor back and installed this coming week.

Re: 1967 C-10 Build
Haven't updated here much lately but I did get the truck running and driving. I installed the motor back in September. It hasn't moved on its own power since around April 2014. The motor was a super tight fit with the body drop, HEI, and tall valve covers. I ended up having to go with a intake manifold from a BBC corvette and had and trim the firewall around the HEI due to the cab wanting to rest on the HEI. The pulleys on the motor are black mountain precision 2" cog pulley set up with power steering.Due to the size of the pulleys and the 4 core radiator I had to put the fans on the front of the radiator. The headers are Headman BBC camaro headers. They still need a little trimming down towards the passenger side collector to clear the pinch weld on the cab with full exhaust on it.I also ended up trying out 2 different style of brake boosters. The factory booster wouldn't clear the valve covers so I went with a 8" booster and still had a issue with it being really close to my valve covers so I ended up going with a Wilwood 15/16" manual master cylinder. The truck seems to stop fine with that and it cleaned up the engine bay as well.
