Rear Window Tint

I had my rear window tinted with film and do not like it.
The reflection at night or low light it's like looking in a mirror. I replaced the slider window with a solid tint window from LMC then had the 20% tint put on. I should have had a custom dark tint window made in the first place. The cost should be reasonable because the wind is flat. I have tinted windows on my 62 Volvo but do not see the reflection because the rear window is at an angle. I'm off to the glass shop to order a new rear glass, second time is a charm.

Re: Rear Window Tint

I had expensive window tint (Formula One) installed in my white 83 C20 about 8 years ago and I see a reflection of the white hood in the rear view mirror. I am going to ultimately have all of the tint replaced with ceramic window tint or, like you, just buy a good tinted rear window and have it installed, then ceramic tint the side windows.
