Re: Aftermarket radiator support

I know someone could use a new radiator support willing to negotiate or trade for some good bumpers.. may be willing also to ship if need be.

Re: Aftermarket radiator support

What brand is it? I need one but I bet shipping would be outrageous. If you'd like to check on shipping, my zip is 45601. We can ship it to my work if that would help any.

Re: Aftermarket radiator support

I pulled package dimensions and weight off AMD website and the cheapest shipping would have been greyhound and it was 101.85, smh, you cant ship anything anymore without getting raped so you would be better off buying a new one at about 190 with free shipping

Re: Aftermarket radiator support

Thanks for checking, I figured it would be crazy high, but wow. Good luck with the sale.

Re: Aftermarket radiator support

c10-72 see post above, shipping unfortunately is probably not feasible, with its size it drives the shipping above what it is worth Local sale is probably the only way for me to get this out of my garage. I will be traveling through PA 1st of July and then in August I will be in Carlise PA for the truck nationals if anyone wants me to bring it then I would be willing to give it a ride

Re: Aftermarket radiator support

I'm intrested in your core support and I'm only 15-20 min. from 81.
Few questions...
How come it wasn't used if it is ready to go?
What is it "coated" with?
Was it ever installed?
I've read alot of problems with misalignments with aftermarket supports so I'm kinda skeptical.
Also I would be using it on a 71 but I guess these fit 69-72 am I correct on that?

Thanks, Lmk then.

I have a 68 so it does not fit that year. Plans changed for me

It appears to be frame paint but not positive

I bought it from a member here that had it on his truck for a short period
He parted out his whole truck but didnt say anything about any issues with alignment

Yes 69 -72 is correct

We will actually be heading out to PA July 1st.

Re: Aftermarket radiator support

I'm on Highway 78/22 about 15-20 min east of where 81 takes the hard turn north after harrisburg.

Well it all sounds good,I just had too be sure about the yrs these fit. The way aftermarket parts fit I'm leary of hanging and aligning all the front sheet metal off a repop piece but I'll make it work so.

I'll take it.

After all if your traveling it never hurts too have a few extra bucks on hand.
I have family up near elmira that's some beautiful country up there. Made that trip up there many times.

If ya have time stop and see rickets Glenn state Park and the 29 waterfalls.
The the biggest is a 92 footer its really cool but it's a hike too see them all.

I'll pm my # and we can set up the details.

Thanks.
