48 Chevy 5 window COE "Husky" is his name
Got this cab on a Trade out of Iowa. Gonna Name this build Husky. It was an old farm/grain truck Its a really solid cab. The reason for the Name is the inside of the cab was full of corn Husk when I got it. I have big plans for this truck and im not sure how good I will do about updating on here but will try my best. I post more often on my Facebook and Instagram pages. My facebook page is Smittys Speed Shop and Used Cars and my instagram page is under Smittys Speed Shop. Look me up if your on there.
Anyways here goes. My plan is to sit this cab on a Ton dually chevy chassis and run a cummins diesel engine with 22'' Alcoa 10 lug wheels, Air bag it, and build a flat bed dovetail out back to make a car hauler out of it. Right now Im in the process of gathering parts which are very expensive but the good thing is I have most of the big ticket items about bought. I have already purchased my wheels, got a cummins donar truck, got a chevy dually chassis, and also purchased drop spindles and Michigan metal works A arms. All I really lack for big money stuff is the steel to build the bed and The rest of my air ride. I plan to run the Accuair E level system on this thing too. I hope I can make this truck look like I have it pictured in my head. Here are a few pics of what Im starting with.
