2 steps forward and a lot back
Well I bought this cab back in 2010, drove all the way to Georgia to pick up a rolling chassis because rockers and corners and floors had been replaced and the suspension had been rebuilt already. He had already sold most of the parts to the truck, long story short I needed to get my doors out of the way as my shop is real small so I figured I may as well bolt them to the cab. Well low and behold whoever installed the rockers obviously had no clue how to make sure they were installed correctly. The passenger side fit pretty well except at the bottom curve of the door at the back which I just assumed was because of crappy aftermarket parts, but then I hung the drivers side I cant even get my bolts in the hinge plates. I suppose i will have to cut the rockers back out of it.

This is the passenger side, you can see on the one pic where it rubs trying to shut, it binds the door and doesnt allow it to shut properly

Yep cut em loose and start again may as well go all the way and install new with the newer model inner rockers that fit better .

Re: 2 steps forward and a lot back
Dang! whoever did them must not have known what they were doing. You get them tacked-in with doors mounted. Then pull the doors

Re: 2 steps forward and a lot back
As for the drivers side it is going to have to be cut back out and replaced
