PS diagnosis
Got a diagnostic question. My PS (used unit unknown year ( I think between 78-83). Worked good up until a couple of weeks ago. Now I get the typical near lock flutter from it even at center of travel, sometimes even going down the road about 35-40. I haven't run it any faster because it is intermittent. Fluid is full and no foaming when I shut it off and immediately look. Belt is new and tight. I've never had one do this before unless low on fluid. I think I know the problem but, checking with the experts before I throw money at it.
