A/C Control Vacuum Switch

You can buy the whole control assembly new with a new vacuum control switch but you never seem to see just the vacuum switch for sale. Obviously someone is making them, does anybody know who builds them and where we could by them?

Re: A/C Control Vacuum Switch

If the control panels are built over seas then you would probably have to purchase the vacuum switches in bulk to get those Asian manufacturers to sell them to you. Not sure if any of that stuff is manufactured over here anymore

Re: A/C Control Vacuum Switch

So just put a "WTB" in the 67-72 parts forum. Many of the lever arms break on these control units and they get thrown in the "20 year" parts bin so you shouldn't have a problem finding one.

If you don't have any luck, let me know. I have a couple spares.

Re: A/C Control Vacuum Switch

Or better yet, I found one in my spare parts box. PM me a phone # I can send a pic to so we can make sure what i have is what you need. If so, I'll send it out to you - no charge. This board and members are known for helping each other out and it's my turn to pass it on.

Thumbs up Re: A/C Control Vacuum Switch

This guy has them used for several models but they should work for our trucks as well.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
