59 Fleetside License Plate Bracket

Hey Guys,

I am trying to mount an original rear license plate bracket on the back of my 59 short fleetside, but I can't figure out where it goes or how it's mounted.

The truck did not have a rear bumper or license plate bracket when I bought it. I just purchased a new chrome bumper and brackets and mounted them......but can't figure out how to mount the license plate bracket. Anyone have any pictures of how it's done?

Mounts to center of rear crossrail. Tag hangs below rear rail.
