Re: Parts List Checklist - Camaro Rear Disc Brakes Using Glock's Brackets
Outside of the brake lines, which I used steel braided lines, your list looks correct.
Oh, your loaded caliper may or may not have all the e-brake hardware attached. I hear that is hit and miss. It is good to have complete cores, to make sure you have all the parts. For what it's worth, what I research on this board and talked to ECE about, the stock drum/drum prop valve works fine. The allow equal flow to the front and rear, unlike a disc/drum setup. I am going to used my stock one and see how it works. Worst case, I add a replacement later.

Re: Parts List Checklist - Camaro Rear Disc Brakes Using Glock's Brackets
Thx for the response - It will be for a 72 so it already has disc brakes - so the MC might have to change as well...since it is a disc/drum MC.
My local TSC doesn't carry the metric or the 1.25" bolts - had to go to a local fastenal to get them... Anybody else have insight into this before I order this stuff up tomorrow? What MC are you all using on this conversion? |

For 70rs/ss: Items in green I have purchased already and will ship to you - red items can hopefully be purchased locally in AZ to save shipping costs.

Re: Parts List Checklist - Camaro Rear Disc Brakes Using Glock's Brackets
I have a master cyl booster combo from a 74 Impala with disk/drum combo, can I use this setup on my new front disk with camaro rear disk brakes? Also it seems that the impala ss rotors are the 5x5 pattern, these are the same size rotors as the camaro uses I'm assuming?
