That appears to be aftermarket. GM OEM windows have a small 1 inch square plastic latch between the 2 center windows. The aftermarket don't have the same latch.

I've been told if it's 1972 0r older the latch is metal located in the centre and has the name prestige stamped on it. 1973 and newer had a black plastic catch in the centre.
