Suspension work in NC
Unfortunately I don't have the time or place to work on my 71 Jimmy that I used to and I'm thinking about getting someone to do ball joints, leaf springs, tie rod ends and bearings on my truck. I have to replace a leaf spring bushing on the front that is driving me nuts and I'm thinking I might just go ahead and replace leaf springs. Ive had good luck with 4 Wheel Parts in the past but they said they can't install anything they don't sell and all they sell is a 2" skyjacker list for my truck. I've done this work on an older blazer I had but just can't spend several evenings and a weekend doing this and don't even really have the tools anymore since I downsized my garage.
Has anyone had any work done like this somewhere near Raleigh/ Durham or within an hour or two from here by someone good you would recommend? I don't really want to drop it by just any shop.

I would recommend:
http://ajautorepair.com/ I've known Ray, the owner, for years and you can count on him to have the work done properly and be charged fairly. The shop is in North Raleigh, NC |
