72 door panels, curled corners

Trying to reuse the originals. The clips broke years ago, and the corners are slightly bowed/curled from years of heat and freedom. I can make them straight when bending with my hand, but am unsure if the clips will be able to do it. Has anyone had any luck with that? How about a little heat and persuasion to get back flat?

Re: 72 door panels, curled corners

If they're not too far out of shape, the plastic clips should hold the panels tight to the door. Classic parts has a whole set for less than $5.
