Brake problem...is it my master cylinder or booster?

I just put all new brakes on my 69 swb and 5 lug setup and booster/master cylinder from 72. So i have disk front drum back with all new lines. no junction leaks no wheel cylinder leaks , NO LEAKS AT ALL. the fluid level isn't dropping at all either. I thought they were good after i bled them numerous times and seemed to have a decent pedal. Now i have hardly any pedal pressure when pump and then if trying to hold it down it just loses all pressure and fades down-the pedal that is.. I'm assuming brake booster or master cylinder is my only options left to be the problem...This all happened after my brakes which i thought were good suddenly went to the floor completely while backing out garage and i hit my other truck......
what do you guys think?

Definitely the first option. In addition to just a bad MC, I hear the rod needs to be the correct length.
