Bed angle strips

When replacing strips, how do you guys attach them?

three ways,

1. spot weld them back on
2. small round head screws
3. rivets, like airplane type, not pop rivets.

MAR-K makes angle covers in polished stainless,
unpolished stainless and steel, just like angle strips

Instead of welding and If you want the bolts hidden from the outside most people put the end bolts in the stake pocket and the center bolts inside the wheel well..

Good timing on this thread. I literally delivered my new polished angle strips to the body shop today!

They will be bolted to the bed sides using the "mongocanfly" approach above. I instructed the body guy to make sure the bolts that go into where the fenders will hide them are in line with the regular board strip bolt heads. It'd look weird to me otherwise.

I used #10 stainless button head screws.
I spaced them evenly and for the ones that were visible from behind, I used stainless acorn nuts.
