Thumbs up More pics posted...ROB A. From Canida.....

another one requested to have pics put up here, and was put off for the road trip...so here you go Rob, sorry for the wait.
IN ROB'S WORDS>>>
Quote:
The truck is a plain jane V8, 4 speed 1971 GMC 3/4 ton. I have
owned it for about 5 years now and it sees pretty regular use. My plans are
to restore it someday. Body wise it doesn't need that much right now; of
course as each winter passes, it needs a little more.

The other pictures are my 69 and my brother's 72 Cheyenne Super. I
drove both of these trucks between 1980 and 1982.

Hope you don't mind...I tinkered with the color a little on them, and cropped some of the stuff out of the background.

Thanks again Andy for posting the pics.

The glove box sticker is a bit of a fake. A while ago some one posted an Excel version of the sticker. I took it and filled in all the info off the glove box door and saved a screen shot. The font is off but otherwise not too bad.

I am on the border of Manitoba and Saskatchewan, in Flin Flon. I travel every 3 months or so , to Saskatoon. Where exactly are you from?

I'm in Regina. There are quite a few 67-72 trucks around here. Not sure how many are driven by members though.

Gotta love it. ' looks like she's been doing what she was designed to do.

I had that same style seat cover in mine when I got it and have seen it in enough other GM's to consider it a factory option.
