I also restored the front grill trim and added new clips to attach and tighten things up:

I am far behind on updated this thread, so I will starting adding all of the new improvements over the coming weeks. Will need to figure out what all I have done. The color is a bright blue metallic. I just had some mixed after scanning locally - a single stage paint.
