Need help. Static drop inner fenders
Lowered my 83 c10 last weekend with a 4.5" front and a 8" rear and it dropped more than that in the front. It sits perfect but driving down the road and you hit a dip the front tires are smashing the inner fenders. I don't want to remove them, looking to cut them and tub them up just looking for ideas on how others have done it. My tires are 235/75/15

Re: Need help. Static drop inner fenders
235/75-15's are almost 29" tall (approx 28.8"). You're going to want to shoot for 27-28" tall max when dropping over 4".
225/70-15 = 27.4 (approx) 235/70-15 = 27.9 Get 2 new fronts & save the current tires for use on the rears @ a later date (or sell them/trade them/etc...).

Re: Need help. Static drop inner fenders
Be advised, alot of water/debris makes it into the engine compartment on my Square body dually w/Slosh Tubs. While they work, they aren't as good as OE inners @ keeping water/road splash out.
Since I cut the inner structure out on my fenders for the install, my alternative is to modify them (extend several inches) which adds to the cost unless you're a fiberglass/body man.

I want to keep the tire size. I have a few ideas in my head but just looking for some other ideas.

Re: Need help. Static drop inner fenders
There's a couple builds on here that have stretched their OE inners to allow additional travel.

Re: Need help. Static drop inner fenders
What about block inserts for the springs. Will stiffen the ride but should stop the bottoming out

Re: Need help. Static drop inner fenders
Would limiting the travel with different snubber height be an option?

Re: Need help. Static drop inner fenders
Seems that would only change what hits what (@ least that's all it did for me).
