anybody know of a nos 292 engine ? or very/very low mile one ? maybe a newer one w/hei ?? reasonable !!

Subscribed , that's gonna be tough , it took me months to find 2 worth working with .but your out in Iowa and many 292's were used in farm equipment , I'd start hitting Craigslist farm section and place a want to buy ad you just may find one sitting in a barn .

I got a buddy that has 2 low mile 292s the one I sold him recently is a good one taken out of a 67 4x4 I recently bought out of wa state . PM me for info thanks Jim

I have a 69 that is low mileage. I had it freshened up. Harden seats and new exhaust valves for the new gas. Been sitting sealed up since 09 but I never finished my project. If your still looking pm me.

i have been watching craigs list and did some posting ?? i had a guys # a couple yrs ago that had 2 in crate 292s from a chevy dealer BUT cant currently find his # damXXXX thanks guys
