Anyone tried these door seals vs honda civic door seals?

$50 for the pair new. Was wondering how they fit, and in anyone's experience, how they fit vs the 06-09 honda civic door seals

I have to assume those are the ones made by Precision Replacements. That's the only outfit I know making the press on. Mine are still on order from another vendor, but I've heard nothing but great things about them.

I believe I seen someone else earlier talking about how well he liked these door seals. I need to replace mine as well.

I bought a set from classic parts about two years ago and they are the ones that seem too big, that you have to slam the door to get it to close right. Maybe they have changed vendors since then and these are the better ones? If they are I'll order tomorrow.

I have them on my '65. They do seem too big at first, but they settle down after awhile. The doors close without any abnormal effort after a few months.

ummmm im not sure how you can say customer service not that great . they are a great company and have always been fair in pricing and gotten product out to all buyers . that store is slammed with orders and literally has only 1 guy running it all.. as far as im concerned Kyle dose a awesome job with what he can as far as the door seals go i have heard that the best fit and function is the Honda seals . so to me before making the choice ide look on here a bit more and see how many are useing the honda seals vs the others ratio type of thing

Thumbs up Re: Anyone tried these door seals vs honda civic door seals?

I'm finishing up a frame off on my 64 C10 and just installed a new set of the Honda Civic seals and they worked out very well. The fit against the door is excellent and they allow the door to close without ripping the arm rests off.
If you have ever used the glue on seals you'll understand what i'm talking about.

By no ways I'm bad mounting guy bit seems like we both have had different experiences with this business, I never said anything about his prices he sounds like a great guy and he's been apologetic about not completing my order till this date since the beginning of the year. But when you cant resolve a small problem in almost 6 months that's bad customer service . IMO
