Lincolns and full-size Ford cars used the 5 on 5 pattern. I'd try and see, if they are the same as the 4-nub in all other ways. I discovered the nub thing on 6-lug wheels and can only assume it's the same for 5-lug, but could be wrong. I also have seen someone put a 3-nub 6-lug with disc brakes before. So, not a 100% way to know
