Steering Column Wire

Finishing up my steering column install. What does this green wire go/connect to?

Not a factory connector so far as I'm aware. Odds are it could be the shift indicator light, which will just need gauge light power.

On factory non-tilt columns it's a glass fibre optic tube off of a gauge light; on tilt it's powered like that but normally a light grey, I think.
