Lug nut problems

Hey guys, I have a lifted 89 k5 blazer. It has moto wheels on it, they have some kind of weird lugs nuts and maybe a lock on each wheel. A 17mm will remove some of the lug nuts but those locks i can't get off. Can anyone tell me how I can get some lug nuts that can be took off with a regular sae impact socket that are also thin walled enough to work with the moto metals?

Any recommendations for a lug nut wheel lock removal tool? A 17mm will fit but won't quite get some of them off, I don't know if they are locks or if they are just rounded off.

Thanks guys.
