1960 X-frame and Porterbuilt

I'm working on installing a full porterbuilt setup on my '60 C10. Has anyone integrated the 63-72 trailing arm crossmember into the x-frame? I've got some ideas but would welcome tips, pics, etc. from anyone that has already been down this path.

Thanks!

You don't need that. The Porterbuilt arms are adjustable. You can get away with the stock length ones to center axle. I have lots of pictures on my build thread.

I checked out your build, but don't think it will work for me. I'm planning on laying frame with my set up.

Thanks for responding!

Re: 1960 X-frame and Porterbuilt

The bumper and a-arms stops the frame from touching. All you need is the bridge vs pipe notch and the 3" drop arms vs my 1" and lots of bed cutting. I have seen stock arms used with modified perches. The x tunnel will require a 2 Piece shaft. But the adjustable arms and stock spots will work.
