Suburban 2nd + 3rd row seats

I have a 2nd and 3rd row seat. I think that have the proper brackets on the seats, but i may be missing some parts? I am not sure what all is supposed to be there since the 3rd row was not installed when I bought the burb.
Probably will not ship, but if I do buyers expense.

They both need to be recovered and the foam fixed/replaced.

Asking $300 for the pair? If I am way off please let me know.

Second seat

Third seat, looks like an ashtray is missing

I feel like there should be more pieces and I may have them in a box. So if there are other pieces, please let me know and I will look

Would you sell just the ash trays? Price to 37148?
