1969 GMC Frankenstein - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hi, I am new to the forum since I recently purchased a 1969 GMC swb 4x4. I thought I was buying a relatively original truck, but did not do my due diligence. It turns out I purchased a 2 wheel drive converted to 4x4 since the VIN begins with a "C". I also found that the frame had been shortened so this was likely a 2 wheel drive body placed on a shortened 4x4 chassis.

The right side of the frame has the markings 3967574 250 1 20 52 ; does anyone know what these represent?
