Remove door hinges
How do you get the top hinge bolt out to remove hinge looked under dash didnt see a hole to get to the bolt

There are holes under there. Use a flashlight if you need to.

Take the front fender off, makes it easier to adjust the door.

On some trucks there is a rubber plug or grommet in the hole that needs to be removed.
