rear window regulator rollers
I need to replace the rear window regulator plastic rollers. Will this fit properly? http://www.dormanproducts.com/itemde...9&SEName=74430 or are these for the driver and passenger doors?

Re: rear window regulator rollers
Have you removed the regulator yet? Just curious, I haven't pulled one out of the tailgate yet but I couldn't see how to remove the rollers on the door regulators. I ended up replacing the whole unit.

Re: rear window regulator rollers
You grind them off and knock them out. spot weld or pound new ones over like a rivet.

Re: rear window regulator rollers
I used a riveting tool meant for the type of rivets you receive in the kits. We had one at work. Part # HD-39787 I know they are expensive but I'm sure there are off brand versions that would work.

Re: rear window regulator rollers
You got me curious so I decided to look into my rear window rollers this morning. What I found was that the rear rollers are smaller than the ones in the kit. I got the 3 roller kit last night and from the pic, they are obviously too big.
