Cruise Control not working

My 97 Silverado no longer has cruise control. The fuse checks out good. When it cools off I'm going to see if there is power coming into the fuse circuit. Could it be the turn signal lever? Is there any way to check?

Thanks

Paul

Re: Cruise Control not working

I know many years have the same cruise control but I am not sure if the information in the links will work or not.

The switch information could have all changed when the steering column changed in 1995. But maybe it will be the same.

Post 9 in this thread has a good column switch test:

Re: Cruise Control not working

Thanks ChevyTech. Both good reads and starting points. I'll let you know how things go.

Thanks again!
