Stock coilsprings lengths 68 C10

I have a 68 C10 long fleet, coils all around that started out life as a 6 cyl/3 OTT, but now has SBC/700R4 now. The truck wont be used for any heavy Duty work so HD springs don't need info there. I don't know what a variable rate spring means so a little help on those. Would like info for standard spring front & rear and also info on lowered springs 1" fronts & 2" rears. ***Heights or Lengths are what I would like to know about.
