Hello from a former Michigan resident. I spent 18 yrs in a small farming comunity called Manchester just outside of Ann Arbor. I still have family there and visit often. Maybe we will run into each other one day. I know live in beutiful (and wet) northwest (but never over 85 degrees with 0 humidity) State of Washington! Must be real hard finding decent trucks stuff there with the salt eh?

Thanks

Just wanted to thank everyone for the warm welcome!

Hey, 1/2 man, I'm based in Westland right now. But when I was younger I used to live right on Bamfield Rd. in Glennie. We moved down here in '79 because my mom couldn't handle the winters.

Your 100% right about it being 4 steps from heaven!

I really hated to move!

Weird

Wow 1/2, that is weird man.

Last time I was up there was about three yrs. ago. I take my family camping every summer (try to) and I couldn't believe they had a golf course now!

I used to ride my mini-bike to town and play video games in the game room that used to be there. I think some people named
Ayers ran it or something like that.

I used to be afraid to come by that pond or lake that the road goes around, there were all kinds of stories about horses and animals drowning in there.

Oh yea, my older sister went to Oscoda high.

It's crazy, alot of people never even heard of Glennie Before. It's really grown alot. Alcona park seems to be doin great these days.
I know the pond your talkin about, I live a 1/2 mile away and my grandparents live 200 yards from it. We've been here awhile, right after you left. I know alot of people that we're here all along, The Lilley's real good friends, The Scott's, Tyson's, McDougalls, and a few others.

Cody

Ohh yeah, I'm a Senior at Oscoda High
