parts 4 a 72 conv top???
hey everyone: i,m new 2 this site but when i came across it I saved it in my favorites. eyeryone seems really cool & willing 2 help. i have been into offroading & chevys 4 many years & just wanted be able 2 go somewhere where i could be able 2 chat with my fellow 4x4ers. anyways i have a 1972 conv blazer that i built & i also have a 1978 chevy 1ton 4x4 that i bulit also. i am having problems locating parts 4 the blazers top like the brackets that hold it down 2 the truck. 3 in front by the wind sheild & 2 in the back. so if anyone knows where i can find these parts or any parts for the top i would greatly appreciate it. blazer specs: 396 big block sm465 tranny centerforce cluth (dual friction) n/p 205 t-case 14 bolt 1 ton rearend dana 44 3/4 ton 8 lug front all new auto meter pro comp gauges 35 tsl boggers.
thanks again... |

Do you mean the vertical metal pieces that bolt to the SIDE of the bed and the top? I don't think that anyone is making those right now. Your best bet would be to put a "WTB" post in the parts forum and if someone has them for sale, they can contact you.
Brian P.S. There's a bunch of old-timers here (me included). You may find more favorable responses if you spell out all your words. B |
