Were can I find rear brake parts for 1948 3600? If no were, whats a good swap and if I swap I might go for complete drive train swap.

Brake parts are almost non existent for 3600 and 3800.
One option is swapping to a newer rear. There is a conversion here

you can also swap the frame but that's far more work and doesn't save much in the way of money
