Need a truck?

OK, if anybody is interested in an 88 GMC 2500 with a 5.7L 5 speed manual let me know. I think it's finally time to let it go. I've gotten another car (the truck isn't really practical to drive in LA city traffic), it doesn't fit in my garage at work or home, I'm getting awfully sick of having to spend $70+ to fill the tank and there's no gas price relief in sight anytime soon, and I don't have the time or patience to tinker with it any more.

It's a pretty solid vehicle, lots of new stuff on it. I've always replaced with stock parts, no aftermarket Pep Boys junk here. Only exception is the exhaust, which is 100% Dynomax from the heads to the tips (Ultra Flow system, about 6 months old). The truck passes CA smog, but I'll have to get a title to sell it (I'm the legal owner, just never bothered to get a CA title when I moved here). I'll post some pics when I can, but here are the basic details:

1988 GMC Sierra SLX 2500 4x4
170,000 miles
5.7L TBI engine
5-speed manual transmission (a little over 1 year old)
Comes with a LOT of spare parts, books, factory manuals, etc.

The problems are as follows:
Will need 2 new tires within the next 6 months probably]
Has a persistent SES light that I can't figure out, but runs strong and recently passed CA smog (faulty light?)

Asking $2,500. Let me know if you're interested or it's going on EBay.
