Re: Project c40s
The red truck my Grandpa bought it new in 69 for a delivery truck for the hardware store he had. The "power plant" is a 350 with a 4spd and a 14ft flat bed and 43k original miles. The green truck I picked up at an auction for $1900. It has 106K miles and the "power plant" is a 292ci straight 6 with a 4spd and a 12' dump flat bed. Going to take the body panels off the green truck to put on the red truck and its going to be restored and the green truck will be the farm truck. My grandpa is 91 and I want him to see the truck when its done

Re: Project c40s
Some Progress on the red truck all the green truck panels that I need are off. The rusty panels are on the green the truck. I didn't know what to do with the green truck when I was done. But I found someone who wants to buy it. Anyone think of a fair price for it. Whole front end is rusted but runs great. you hit the key and its running and the dump works good.

Re: Project c40s
The truck is really coming together. I love the color its candy apple red. I need to get a new flatbed or I'll make one. The bumper and mirrors are going to be white and the wheels painted black along with the flat bed when I get that. When I showed a picture of the truck to my grandpa and I haven't seen him so happy in months.
