Re: AMP vs Volts Hookup on 67

I am going through everything again. Jumped wires, still will not come on in full out position. Going to mount all the lights and see if something changes. Has anyone had to modify the ignition hole to fit new switch. I believe my dad got this from Brothers, the back mount and bezel are at least twice the size hole that was in the dash.

Does anyone know what size oil pressure hole is on the back of a 350 Edlebrock RPM intake, I have the copper install kit but do not have that fitting. Thanks

Found it in the LMC catalog. Center grill support for the 67.

Re: AMP vs Volts Hookup on 67

Thanks. I am assuming I use one of the fittings in the SunPro kit for that hole and another for the gauge.

Yes and you can also use a short nipple with a connector to raise it up a little off the block. I used a tee on mine so I could have the mechanical gauge in the aftermarket kit and also the light in my dash cluster.

Thsnks. Have you run into a problem with the lower radiator hose resting on the passenger side frame where it is turned up. I just received new hoses from classic industries and it looks like the same rubbing problem will occur.

Yes I have the same problem, as do most of the other members. It is due to the curve of the right frame member and the low location of the lower radiator outlet. The stock radiator outlets are curved upward, but they still come close to the frame. I cut a larger hose and tie-wrapped it around the radiator hose at the interference location. Until I come up with a better fix I guess that will have to do. I have one of the stainless hoses that are smaller in diameter that I plan to use, mainly for the bling value, but also to clear the rail.

If you start anew thread on just this problem we might get some better answers. VV
