H/J series windshield revisited
Ok a year ago when I called the local glass place they looked up and assured me they could get a windshield for my H70. Today when I go in to buy said windshield they have never heard of such a thing can't look it up basicly say it does not exist. Second glass place further away says they have a listing for a '75 topkick.
Are these windshield the same as the C series cabs? Anyone have a PPG number .....or a source ? |

top kick is not the same, your should be a one piece glass, right? I can get you a GM number if that will help.

Re: H/J series windshield revisited
Mine is a one piece yes.....I was under the impression that the top kick only came about in '78 ....does that mean that the C series is not the same as the H/J ? And I am uncertain if a GM number will help but it is more than I have.

Re: H/J series windshield revisited
Thanks Crackerbox, my glass place got intrigued and sent a guy over to look, we made some measurements and he is confident it is a particular number ... it is not one they wont use so they are ordering it in and we will see if it looks right.....it is definitely NOT the same as an "82 k5 and NOT the same as a '72 C series pickup I have both of those just hanging around and the dimension are way off.
