Which control arms to buy?
I wanna buy some tubular comtrol arms for my 87 and I was wondering which ones will give me the best bang for the buck and still look show worthy? I have been looking at the AIM arms and the uppers that have the adjusters for camber built into them. Also the Turner arms. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have the Turner arms and they are nice quality. They do however take a bit of mods to fit. I would stay away from the cheapo aim crap and go with the DJM units for a good bolt on piece.

i have djm's also, they are nice, but take a bit of cutting if you want bags or anything.

I would cut the djm arms and weld a solid plate into the bottom then repaint or powder them.

What about the support bar that runs across the djm arms? Don't they need that?

It looks as though it wouldnt need to be moved or cut. If it is in the way the plate in which you weld in should be welded completly around and will hold the weight. Take them to a local fab shop and get there opinion.
