69 292 w/400 trans ????

i m pulling the motor out of my "ryder " c-30 truck wanting to do a late Ls/vortec motor anyway what would my motor and trans and the dual rear axle be worth ?? there should be a thread somewhere ?? thanks mike

if the buyer can see/hear it run/drive I would think $4-500 for the eng/trans. if unknown condition prob 200 for the pair. prob could make more parting it out. not sure about the rear.

I'd say $8-1000, the 292's are becoming highly sought after, and mated to a turbo 400 is a bit of a odd combo, but a great one.

saw this post and have been looking forever for the passenger side mounting brackets for the engine of a 1967 292.
Yours are for a later model but would work until the get the correct ones. I could put my 67 back on the road.

I would need both sides, everything between the frame crossmember and the engine block. Pm me if you would be willing to sell and give m a fair price
